xr 200

I have a 1994 xr 200. i have removed the snorkel, ground the header pipe weld, and a uni air filter. I just ordered an fmf powercore 4 slip-on, without the header pipe. I have stock jetting and need to know what to re-jet to. I heard of people just going up one size larger on the mainjet. Will this be fine? and what size is one larger than stock? Thank you

I think your bike is set up just about like mine. I went up one on the slow jet (#38-to a #40) and on the main went from (#112- to a #115). I tried a #118 but it was just to much. This has worked real good for trail riding and a few harescrambles.

Kansas elevation:1000 ft.

I have pretty much the same setup too. I went to a 40 on the pilot and 116 main jet. Needle is 1 up from the middle if I remember correctly. I am at sea level here
