yes the shim id 16mm same a wp.

rear spring is 5.7 this year as 08-09 was5.6 and o6 a 5.4.

the ports are comp id of shim seat/face= 16.7mm front x 10.45mm sides x 9.6mm back side and the inner restriction ports are, 11.65mm front x 4.3mm sides x 9.3mm rear.

rebound ports are,

id of shim seat/ face= 11mm frontx 8.5mm sides x 6.6mm rear.

inner restriction ports are, 9mm front x 6.6mm sides x 5. rear.

if it doesnt make sence give me call.

cheers gav.

So grinding off the peen isn't good enough on these or what??

So they're prob using a 20 to clamp on right? And taper up to a 42 or 44 to the face shim??

grinding off the peening should be good enough, mine picked up from the bottom end of the threads nearest the washer, shims an piston etc. if it was just the peening you would ony damage the nut threads. the threads seemed brittle. the second one i did was fine, maybe just had a bad one but got spare shafts made just in case.

as for clamp shims they are 23mm OD comp and 28mm OD rebound.
