xr 200 exhaust

does the powercore 4 slip-on exhaust fit on a 1994 xr200? i thought it did and now i am seeing info on sites that says it only fits up until 1992. please help

I can't directly answer your question but all of the 86-02 XR3200 are all the same except for a few items like forks and shocks. The heritage goes further back because the 84-85 XR200/250 chassis is the basis for the 86-02 XR200, muffler, tank, side panels and air box all fit. The 84 XR250R muffler bolts onto a 90 XR200R, of course the mid pipe is too big for the stock header but it will work with an 1 1/2" header. I put a XRs Only header on my 200 and used a 84 XR250R muffler that I had. I have an 02 XR200R exhaust system and it bolts onto my 90.

I don't know why some vendors cut off at 92, or 94, on fitment because they are all the same for bolt on stuff.
