CRF450 03-jetting-White Bros

Recommended Posts

Hi guys, I have a query as needed to change the carburetor jets: Honda CRF450 03 and exhaust White Brothers E2, altitude 200 to 300 m, 15-30 * Celsius.

Serial settings for exhaust standard: Main jet-170 Slow jet-42, Leak jet-55, Needle clip position 5th, Pilot screw 1-1/2.

Thanks for your help!

They are sold in kits for White bros, but some argue it was for CRF 450 02-08, and some only for CRF 450 07! Kit includes:

Main jet -162

Slow jet -48

Leak jet -42

guys, it's a good setting for White bros E2 exhaust and 03 CRF 450?

Thanks!

The thing is, if I change stock exhaust, for White Bros E2, I have to change the jets in the carburetor, to achieve maximum power?

I do not know, if I can use the kit from the WB for my CRF ...

You do not ALWAYS need to jet differntly. If your carburetor runs good before, then most likely you will not need to change it much. Maybe a clip change and idle adjustment. These are easy to do changes. Really, you need the new pipe to know for sure. -BIG DAN:thumbsup:
