new to thumpers

hi gents. recently got myself a g450x. Use to be on a 300.

i just have 1 or 2 questions regarding 4 strokes.Specifically for the G450X

Is it normal for the clutch cover to get very hot? and on the BMW, when the bike is in nuetral and the clutch is not pullled in the clutch makes a hell of a noise, the mechanic at the dealer says i should worry about it, but i will feel more reasured if i hurd it from some more experts.

Would appreciate any input and hope to still learn alot here.

go over to the exotics part of TT, ur kinda in the wrong spot. Also, if i remember correctly the BMW is quite diffrent int he clutch department then alot of the other bikes out there.

Also, does the noise go away when u pull in the lever? if so I wouldn't worry about it, a gas gas trials bike does the same thing.
