Older KX125 Jetting Question

Ok, jetting newb here, i'm working on a 1991 KX125 that seems to be rather rich. I was getting a lot of spooge. I repacked the soaked silencer and repaired a crack in the canister. That seemed to help but I didnt get many more chances to ride after that. Ive got it torn apart for a good cleaning and check-up as I just aquired it late fall. So should I raise the clip one notch or get a smaller main jet? The main is a 150 and the other one (the pilot or the leak?) is a 55. Clip is 3rd pos.
