I sure hope so! I paid 7000 last march for mine. Bikes are way more expensive here but hopefully not twice as much.

If it looks as if it's been taken well care of, no leaks and no need for replacement of consumables (tires, chain, sprockets) then yes it's a very good deal. Does it have an hour meter? I also suggest starting/riding it if possible. How's the battery??? ?
