Need to set up race sag 07 WR250F

Is there a guide or anything on how to set up my race sag on a 07 WR250F?? Please help!!!

Should be a 100mm or roughly 4". Stand the bike up on the wheels with no one on it and measure from a point on the swing arm to a point on the rear of the sub frame. Sit on the bike with all gear and measure again at the same points (someone else should hold the bike up and measure as needed). Make your adjustments with the rear shock, tighten or loosen to get to 100mm.
