Another LED blinker question.

I think my situation is slightly different than others....so here goes.

- Blinkers work fine when engine is off, or running at higher rpms, and (somtimes) at idle.

- When coming off the throttle quickly to stop....they often stop blinking.

- I'm thinking there may be a voltage drop during rapid deceleration... enough to stop the LEDs from functioning.

- I have LEDs on the front, and incandescent on the back...The incandescent work fine regardless of engine rpm. Its just the LEDs up front that are problematic.

- If this is a voltage problem is there anything that can be done?

Doubtful it's a voltage issue. "Engine off with your key on" will be the lowest voltage. I'd be looking for loose wires, a short or a bad ground. Take a look at the wiring harness near the steering head for wear through rubbing against the frame.
