Why does my rmz450 have to much compression?

what would cause so much compression that i cant kick start my bike? i just changed timing chain and adjusted timing it ran fine and started right up after i set timing. but now a week later and i have hella compression. its so much that sometimes i cant hardly move the kick starter while i am on the stand and i weigh 200lbs. Please help

On the end of the exhaust cam.

that is excactly what it was thanks. the bolt was loose not allowing it to decompress. I tightened the bolt and it fired right up. Thanks again

have been looking in my manual but really cant find what i need to tighen?
