Chain and sprocket question for S to SM...

I finally got a set of Sm wheels for my S but now comes the question on what rear sprockets i can run using the same length chain. I did a search but came up with nothin.

Im just tryin to avoid changin chains every time i swap wheels. I've been runnin a 15/47 setup in the woods and a 15/44 on the street with the S wheels. Can i run a 15/42 setup with that same length chain?
