DR650 Brake Pads

Hello, First time post here

Since it's winter and i'm really excited to ride again, first things first.

I need new brake pads.

I see some on eBay for about $30 for front and backs.

I see some are Kevlar and some Sintered Metal.

My question is are eBay pads good enough to make it through a couple summers (maybe 2-3k miles)

Also if the pads are just complete junk, where's a good place to get some pads that aren't to expensive.

i've heard the quality varies a lot, some find them grip just fine but don't very long (dollars for distance still very good). While others say they are just complete crap.

The thing i'd be concerned about is whether or not they'll ruin your brake rotor. I've heard more negatives about that than positives. Could be a good excuse to upgrade to a 320mm rotor though

I guess I'll give it a try, and if they're terrible or start to dig into the rotor i'll just swap em out again.

I got a set of $15 Kevlar front pads off from ebay a couple of years ago and I'm happy with them.

I just paid $28 shipped for a set of front and back of Sintered metal ones, i see EBC does sintered metal so i figured these knock offs wont be to bad.

I have what you need, two pairs of EBC MX-S sintered pads. 50% off of retail price to whoever PM's me first. I've used them exclusively on my DR and my WR. They are unbeatable. Do some research and you'll see what I mean.
