Electrical probelm any one know?

Recommended Posts

Honda CB- Everything sort of works. But when the turn signals flash the break light, neutral dash light, high beam light, all flash too. All my wire are in the right place, what could it be? Should I put electric contact lube on each connection? Im lost, I went over the diagram dozens of time.

HELP ME OUT please!

weak stator? have you got bigger than standard lights on there? how bad is the flashing, is it completely on and off or just dim than bright?

what year and cc? do the other lights blink completely off when the blinkers are on? does it do it when the engine is running? check all of your fuses and connectors for loose connections and/or corrosion. ive had many CBs and like most bikes its usually loose/dirty fuses/connections.

Definitely a ground problem. Its trying to find ground, so it is going through all the other components(lights) and making them flash.

It would not hurt to add a redundant ground from motor to frame and frame to battery.
