for this area, thats steep for that old of a bike. theres 03 and 04's that were strictly race only bikes not practice bikes for kids who's parents spend tons of money for like 800 bucks. i saw an 05 rm 85 all tricked out for 900 a few weeks ago.

This F'in bike needed everything from fenders to graphics, tires to bearings. the handlebars were newer though..
