2006 Honda CR125R

Recommended Posts

My buddy has a 2006 Honda CR125R and it is all bone stock. He fouls plugs everytime we ride and it needs to be re jetted. I am trying to help him figure out what the jetting specs should be. We usually ride at about 1800ft elevation he runs 32:1 honda HP2 with 93 octane gas, gearing and everything is stock carb has not been touched and we are trying to get it so that he doesnt foul plugs on the trail it is usually fine at the track running high rpms and high speed but the elevation is also much lower. So I wanna know what jetting setup would be ideal for this application.

Thanks Guys

Stock should be 430 main, 55 pilot and 3rd clip on the needle. Try 50 pilot, 410 main and 2nd clip, adjust the airscrew once the bike is hot.
