06 output bearing size? new cases wont fit

Recommended Posts

I just bought a new set of case's for my 06 rmz 250. They are supposed to be the same year as i have, but when i went to fit in the old output bearing into the new case it is not even close to the right size. The hole for the bearing in the new case is much bigger. Has anyone else had this issue and can tell me what bearing i need? I have searched the parts fich and can only come up with one part number for the 04-06 bearing. There is however a differnt part number for the 07. I know that bike is differnt then my 06 but did they keep the same basic engine for 07 suz. Maybe the sent me 07 case"s? The bearing i am talking about is for the output shaft, right behinde the drive sprocket. Dam i am all set to assemble this thing and the first bearing i go to install is wrong.
