more exhaust problems

hi all after i found the split in my exhaust ( on other thread) i welded it then tested it for leaks with an airline, no leaks great i thought so on with new o rings and used some rtv for added security. When i fired the bike up the bloody blowing is still there,is there anything inside the expansion chamber that could collapse and cause this blowwing noise or is it just a hollow pipe to the silencer (which is a new fmf silencer) there are no holes in the expansion chamber or silencer,its not leaking from the exhaust port either im stumped. any input do you think something inside the expansion chamber is wrecked *EDIT JUST BROUGHT A FMF GNARLY*
