ASV Levers on a Brembo master cylinder

Recommended Posts

I am looking at getting ASV levers for my KTM but I have heard mixed reviews on the fit with the Brembo master cylinder. Do they work well or is it an akward fit? Thanks

Mine seemed to have a little harder pull for some reason though

Are they the same bend, length. It's all about leverage ratio.

i got one and hated it, it is too short and feels stiffer to pull,

I just installed the F1 levers. The brake was fine - fit is perfect but feels different. Its not better or worse, just different. It feels like the lever is thinner.

I'm not too happy with the clutch. The lever is longer than stock (sticks out past the handlebars when pulled in) and the pull isn't as adjustable (cranked all the way in and its still too far out). I think a shorter lever would be better. I even put the adjustable pushrod from the original lever on my ASV and its still too far out.

I had the ASV F1 levers on my 250X - they pretty much suck. The feel is poor and the bearings in the clutch lever died and fell out.

I just bought Sunline V1 folding/rotating levers for my 450SX-F. I had the clutch V1 on my CRF450 and really liked it. The lever has great feel and build quality.
