Looks like the Moose logo (red arrow) and the Fly logo (green arrow). What's so special about it (why do you ask)? It looks very similar to my Fox AirFrame and many others.

Like others have said, it looks like Moose, and nothing special about it. Just a molded plastic chest protector w/ the arm pieces and a seperat forearm/elbow guard being worn.
