you visibly confirmed lack of spark on a new plug? Start checking for loose wires

bypass the kill switch???

x 2 - just unplug it?

Id go back to the flywheel and stator then. Maybe an ohms test on the stator? Maybe a sheared woodruff?

Have you confirmed that there is actually no spark by looking at the plug outside the cylinder, laying on the motor?

Trace it back. Bad plug wire, bad coil, bad connection to the cdi, bad cdi, bad pick-up coil, bad stator.

Plug wires, coils, pick-up and stator can all be checked by a multimeter. Cdi is best checked by a switch with a known good one.

Hi,

I don't have the spec's fopr the later bikes,

but If you do a search for 350/410/610 ignitions there are LOTs of good pointers,

I would be tempted to remove the flywheel cover and tank, then get an assistant to help kickstart it / watch ,in a darkened area, looking for arcing from any chafed wires,

with only a few rides after a rebuild you may find something was badly routed,

check around headstock also.., common rubbing point,

all the best,

Charlie

Swap in a different spark plug cap.

Some huskys have lousy caps
