I've taken the carb off yet again, couldn't find anything so in desperation i've taken all the parts from f2dogs bright shiny carb and put em in my old scabby one,

I drilled out the plug, set mixture to 3.5 turn as per the instructions, tranfered all the jets, floats seats etc, set the needle as per the moose instructions, moose suggest 155 jet which is what i've fitted.

Tried it, it seems to tick over better, and seems ok blipping the throttle at low revs, as soon as you give it a bit more it falters and holds back, also pops and bangs but not as bad, should i screw the mixture out more?, will that richen the mixture?.

Remembering my bike is ex CA, although i'm sure i've blocked all the obsolete pipes, it also has 3x3, k&n, and slip on.

I suppose it's possible but it's only done 2k and never been stripped, can it jump a tooth?, i still think it's carburation, will it run ok if i put the jetting back to standard even with the 3x3, slip on and k&n?.

So if it's hesitating when i open the throttle coz it's weak i need to raise the needle?, what is the mixture screw gas or air, ie when i screw it out it increases what exactly?, cheers.
