04 125 compression

Hey I was wondering what you guys have for compression in your bike. My bike is at 135psi. I"m not sure what it was when the engine was rebuilt so I don't have a starting point. I've heard 135 is generally on the lower end of acceptable range, is that right?

And, is compression really that important when it comes to power of the bike? Will I notice it if I'm not racing?

So they changed the main jet from 190 to 188 and idle jet to 45. Air/fuel screw is 1.5 turns. When I got the bike back it took me about 10 minutes of continues kicking to get it started. Its never done that before, its always started on the first couple kicks. Could it be they jetting is actually worse now or could it be from having hauling it in the truck?

it could be the jetting. What was in it before? Did it run good once it finally started? Have you tried it again to see if it now starts easier? Has the temp changed a bunch in the few days?
