Nuetral Safety Bypass ? How to ?

Im swapping an E engine into an S model on My bike and the E has no Nuetral Safety . I attempted to remove the guts of the switch from the S engine with no luck, improper tooling Im sure. Right now I just want to be able to fire it up just to get it running.

Can I simply bypass the switch Via jumper ? Also how the heck do you get that tumbler for the switch out of the side of the tranny so I can fix it correctly?
