DR350 rear suspension damping

Recommended Posts

Read in the Clymer manual: Rear suspension rebound damping "When turning the adjuster, make sure it clicks into position..." seems to just move half a turn on mine from soft to hard smoothly - no click. Is the manual wrong or does the adjuster turn more (don't want to force it..)

thanks

Chris

The shock adjustments, both compression and rebound have no "clicks". You can adjust either one about 1 to 2 revolutions from full hard to full soft.

The Clymer manual has "some" mistakes in it.

As I thought! Had another look today and think the shock needs servicing as damping seems to make no difference... front damper screws are seized too, so a few jobs to do.
