2010 oil filter removal

Hi guys, this is my first oil filter change with the new 2010, i cannot get the sucker out!! I have used a bird beak pliers to try and get it out but it just wont come out, what other tools you guys using?

i use snap ring pliers to get a good grip on the filter

pinky finger into the lil hole, the wiggle it back and forth.

The pinky finger trick definitely didn't work, lol. I have to get some snap ring pliers or something..

lol ok a pair of needle nosed pliers woork good too. just put them in the hole, spread them apart and widdle back and forth.

i use external circlip pliears.
