Power now and Power now Plus

Anyone run the power now and/or the power now plus? I just bought a new bike and they previous owner had bought them and said they gave it too much power. I put them back in but havent gotten the chance to test it out yet. Anyone know how big a difference it will make? What are your oppinions on them?

They are garbage.

Please do not post the same question in every forum. In fact, had you do a search, you'd of gotten your answer.
