Need help with a KX65 for my daughter

Ok so I just put a deposit on an 01 KX65 for my daughter. Catch is that it has no top end bottom end or carb. So now I need to figure out what years will bolt in ect ect I believe an 00-06 will work. Anything older? Anybody have any advice or suggestions where to pick up one on the cheap? Thx for any words of wisdom, advice, or suggestions.

ive got an extra carb off an 05 rm 65( Same bike as kx 65, stamped kawi on the frame and motor). its complete just came as a spare when i bought the bike for my little brother.

No not yet. This is a budget bike for my daughter so its a piece here and there
