Georgia Where to ride in GA?

Recommended Posts

Im moving to Dunwoody this week and was wondering where to go ride in georgia. I hear good things about Durham town and highland park. I was just wondering if there was anything closer of anybody else near that area that rides. I mostly ride trails and like the tight single track stuff. Thanks feel free to post back or PM me im going to need to people to ride with.

Durhamtown is a very fun place to go. It has 7 tracks, 6 moto, and one sx. I can't tell you much about single track though, but i hear its pretty good. Do you ride moto or trails, or a little of both?

BTW, i'm in Washington, about 15 mins away from durhamtown.

i pretty much just ride trails. my bike isnt really set up for the track but it would be ok for light track use but i like the single track best of all.

Durhamtown and Broadriver are both good places to ride. I believe Durhamtown is about 7 or 8 thousand acres (I think) and Broadriver is about 1900 acres give or take a few. There is a mixture of motorcross tracks and single track as well as some outer loops that offer a chance to twist the grip a bit. Both have camping and cabins, but Durhamtown has more amenities that BR.Both are enjoyable though. Broadriver is now under new management, so I look forward to many improvements in the future.
