when to get fork seals replaced?

just wondering when i know to get my fork seals replaced? also if i take my front forks into the shop and they tell me there going to do a tune up on them what would that include? thanks ?

i replace them every other year or when they start to leak.

more than likely a "tune up" to the front end will be cleaning it up and changing the oil.

Heres an example on when you should replace your seals:

If its been over a year on the seals I would replace them.

those look like mine, i bought the bike a few months ago and just noticed it the other day so i think i will bring them in to get the seals replaced
