not sure what bike this is??? Whats it worth?

Hi, Im new to this site and dirt bikes in general... Im looking at buying the bike in the picture and need an opinion of someone who knows what they're talking about.

Im told its a 125cc pit bike and that the new price was around 1400usd which seems a lot to me. It has a light kit fitted and added electronics.... and its also got a manual choke with three setting (not sure if thats relevant). Its on sale for the equivalent of about 700usd... again, im thinking this is expensive.

Does anyone know what this bike is and approximately what its used price should be?? Any opinions welcome.

Not sure what it is, but it looks like a nice bike, $700 doesn't seem unreasonable but then again I know nothing of the history of the bike or anything that was done to it. Just try and make an offer, something you are willing to pay.

It almost looks like a Lifan. I'm not pit bike knowledgeable though. Also $700 sounds high to me, I would offer $400-$500. If you want a better answer try posting in the pit bike forum Heres a pic of a Lifan I found:
