Think that was answered a little bit ago...

Transmission oil:

Type: YAMALUBE 4 (10W-40) or SAE 10W-40

Oil change quantity: 0.30 L (0.32 US qt, 0.26 Imp.qt)

Check out this PW50 manual I found on the Yamaha site.

EDIT:

LINK not working right... try copy/pasting this:

im not too clued up about oils sorry, but im confused yamalube 4 says 4 stroke oil?

is it gear oil or motor oil it takes lol

Ok where are you putting the oil is maybe the first question... if in the front of the bike on the bars that takes 2 stroke oil, YAMALUBE 2 or 2-stroke engine oil (JASO FC grade) or (ISO EG-C or EG-D grade) per the manual. If in the transmission use SAE 10W-40 (motor oil) or YAMALUBE 4 (10W-40). The one on the bars mixes with the gas to lube the piston, etc... the one in the tranny lubes the, well, the tranny.

In the tranny, ya any SAE 10W-40 motor oil. I think ATF Type F might work, trying to figure out if others are using it before I try it.

i gotr it going anyway by just putting in a bit of fuel in the carb, sounds ok.

but i noticed theres no cable from the oil pump??

what would u recommend the ratio be? do i need to do anything to the jets in the carb as i dont suppose its been done.

thanks
