Case bearings

this is what i got . i did the same thing. when i rebuild mine . it took a few trips back to the oven to heat up the case again to swap them out

i thinks there is a thread that has the PDF manual on our bikes . in the transmission section it will have good diagrams

Heres the pics. Then I'm not sure if you can see it. but I went in to paint and put #1 and #2 on 2 bearings. well, those 2 bearings face outward(the markings on the bearings). while all the other face inwards. I have no idea if it matters, but just to let you know. hope that helps.

How did you get the little hub off of the shift drum? I am spliting my cases, and I am having trouble taking the octagon looking end piece off of the shift drum. I am scared to put to much pressure on it. Were you able to wedge something in there to keep it from turning? I just hate to bend a shift fork.
