getastro Posted March 26, 2010 I have a 03' ltz400 and I had to replace a gear in the transmission. The issue I am having is I reinstalled the transmission in to the left crankcase then installed the right side crankcase and both transmission shafts move smooth. Then I install the crankcase bolts and the shaft that the clutch basket is installed on is hard to move now. I can't get this right, not sure where it is binding.
