what kind of transmission oil would i put in a 2006 Yamaha yz 85 two stroke?

30, 40 weight, gear oil, ATF, 20W40, doesn't really matter to tell you the truth.

I had that same thought until I tried an oil called Dumond Tech. Comes in a white bottle with yellow lettering. I swear that my current bike and past bikes just shift smoother. A lot of KTM guys use it I have found! It is spendier, but worth it to me.

Dont run synthetic! I run the honda 10w 40 oil non synthetic. I ran some 10w50 in my 125 once and it was just way to thick.

Yes it would. We use Mobil 1 and Rotella but would not hesitate to use Valvoline.

Oh yeah the oil I used that was to thick was 20w-50 not 10w-50.
