Wow thats rough... you'd think if he's done inner hub and outer basket and new plates(drive and driven presumably) then there is something wrong with the installation of them. If it's all brand new nothing should break plates. How are they breaking? the drive tabs breaking off? Unless the pressure plate or springs are the problem?
