BasketKase Posted March 27, 2010 I am i the process of installing the new reeds and a 3/8"spacer, my question is do I install the small drop in reducer that came with the VForce reeds or leave it out? It reduces the opening in the reeds by at probably 20%, wouldnt that therefore reduce intake air volume? This small piece is a loose fit in the cage bore meaning I can easily fit it in and remove it from the reed cage. I want it to flow as well as possible but dont want to hurt the performance designed into the new reeds and I dont want to tear into this again if I can avoid it.
