Is there a write up on how to replace the cam chain? I thought there was but i cant find it.

Hmm, not sure if there is one that specific. If you take off the clutch side cover and the clutch and the plastic tensioner/ cam guide you can slip the cam chain off the cam drive gear on primary drive/crank shaft. Then you would need to remove the cams to get it out. But no doubt there are other ways....

i just did it, its really easy, just make sure u remember that the clutch basket nut is regular threads (right hand, counter clockwise to loosen) and the primary is left hand (clockwise to loosen). also when ur doin the timing, get it at top dead center, exhaust cam lobes pointing forwards intake lobes pointing back, ull want to get the exhaust cam in time first.. there r 15 rivets between the 2 cams.. hope that helps

Yeah, and do the primary nut loctite fix while your in there if you haven't already.

can i get a little more info on how to do this my bike is down because of stretched cam chain i believe... can i maybe just get the manual from you... thanks
