how to bleed the rear shock on a 03 rm100?

When you assemble the shock, you pump the shaft up and down. That gets the air to come around the valve body and out of the shock. When you insert the seal, make sure the body is full of oil and the seal will push the air and excess oil out as it is inserted. You may have to pump the shaft several times to get all the air out. Push in fast and pull out slow. But don't pull it too far or it will suck air back in through the shaft. (you can see the holes on the shaft where it would suck air in)
