Can some one give me a step-by-step on how to chnge my REAR brake pad on the 2008 crf

I am going to be change my rear brake pads soon on my 2008 model crf450r, and i was wondering if anyone can give me an exact step by step on exactly what needs to be done and how to do it, what to look out for when doing it, and anything you think i need to know when changing my rear brake pads. im sure all Honda's have similar rear brake set ups so most of you guys will probably be able to tell me but if you do have an '08 model, better.

(also, how much do you think my dealer should be charging me for the set of the rear brake pads?)

Put screwdriver between pads and push piston in. unscrew that pin (big silver bolt in pic) and take it off. Pull pads off, put new pads in, and rescrew pin back in and your done.
