ProspectorJim Posted March 29, 2010 So my friend's rm125 simply will not idle without being reved on start up, even with the choke out. He just cleaned the carb thinking that may be the problem, still will not idle. He's also adjusted the air screw and idle speed wheel to no avail. Now he is under the belief that it's not idling because his bike is in a definite need of a top end rebuild. This wouldn't have anything to do with it, would it? I'm still certain its a carb problem.
