Broken wrist rehabilation..

7 weeks ago I was riding, Cased a step up broke my ulna and radius I can move my wrist downwards but can barly bring it up. Are there any excersizes that can help motion? and also anything i can do to increase grip strenth? thanks.

Try the prayer stretch (bring your hands in front of your chest in a prayer position and push down, dont force it though you will keep progressing farther down, and hold for five seconds, take a couple seconds to recover then do it ten times like that twice a day). Im not an expert or anything but i had surgery on my wrist for a tfcc tear, i got my splint removed two weeks later and couldnt bend my wrist at all, i did this stretch and it helped bunches! good luck!
