brianm767 Posted March 30, 2010 Looking at buying some boots and I see that some of them are available in moto x soles (smooth) and also dual sport/ATV soles (waffle pattern) I remember when I was a teenager racing moto x, I think my soles were always smooth, I think? Well I'm not going to be racing, mostly trail riding and playing in the dirt, maybe some desert riding, So which soles do you guys prefer? do the waffle soles make it harder to quickly move around on the pegs? seems like it would, but it also seems like they would be better for traction when trying to push, pick up or whatever with the bike.
