derek182 Posted March 31, 2010 It sounds like the air is escaping somewhere inside the top end. Any help?
Fliip Posted March 31, 2010 Did you buy the right sized piston? Did you get your head measured and buy the same size piston?
bikedude127 Posted March 31, 2010 Check your reeds 🤣 However, reeds wont cause compression loss 👍 Oh... Put in your spark plug 🙂

mtdirtbag My Ride Posted March 31, 2010 Reminds me of phone calls from my sons regarding car problems while away at college! Usually they would walk out to the car and hold the phone up to it for diagnosis, and me with profound hearing loss!! When you say it does not have compression; does that mean by guage or by feel at the kickstart lever? It's pretty hard to not have compression even if the head o-rings are not installed correctly, but I suppose it could happen. The easiest thing to do is start the reassembly process all over again, all the gaskets & o-rings can be re-used unless you have smashed an o-ring and cut it.
