Foot pegs for 2007 CR250?

Recommended Posts

After riding some other bikes, I realized how small the pegs are on my CR250. I've been checking out various replacements, and I wanted to see what anybody else is using. I don't need anything crazy - no titanium, and no super sharp teeth.

So far, I've looked at:

Pro Circuit - stainless steel - seem like good all-around pegs

LightSpeed - stainless steel - have one more row of teeth than the Pro Circuits. Also seem to be 1/4" lower than stock. That might be good, since I'm tall...

Talon - aluminum (is this bad?) - replaceable screws for traction

Sunline - stainless steel - I like the arch on this one, but it's the most expensive.

Anybody use any of these pegs? What do you think?

I've got the Pro Circuits on my 02 CR250 and I absolutely love them, especially after riding my brothers 05 this weekend with stock pegs. It took me some time to get used to the width when I was trail riding cause my foot would sometimes get hung up on them, but I think it was just cause they were new and really sharp and I used to my old dull stockers. I don't know about any of the others, but I think the PC ones are pretty solid

I run the moose, arched pegs. They work great, wider and more comfy.
