because i find it highly unlikely that oregon holds 2 international enduros a year, one being the china hat

That is exactly what it stands for. We have two "ISDE's" this year, it's just the format used, it's not the actual ISDE. The actual ISDE is only held once a year at varying locations all over the world.

The flyer for Devils Head is normally online in May. Last year was one loop with two gas checks, the day totaled in at close to 100 miles if I remember correct.

The China Hat ISDE is already full and just held on flat quad trails so your not missing much.
