Coolidge My Rides (2) Posted April 2, 2010 "0"psi. CR forks air should be bled occasionally. Make sure frt wheel is off ground, and depress shraeder valves. XR forks on the other hand can take 0-to like 7-10psi(?forget which?) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
