April Fools Weight Loss challenge

Lets do it again Guys.. I am not done and need to keep it up, this place helped a ton keeping me motivated.. Went out for pizza tonight and feel like a smuck🤣 Anyways we just finished up the 1-1 challenge and there was a lot of really great results including myself 304.5 to 257..

Now I want to keep going and get to 210 So who is in? I say how about a finish up on 7-1-10

So three monthes to keep each other going.. I think I can be darn near my goal by then.. Join in Guys:thumbsup:👍

I'm in... I missed the last one, but did some good stuff through another group. Went from 325 on 1/1 to 275.

Starting at 275.

Goal is 225.

I'm in 👍............starting at 229 goal of 199

A pretty simple plan:

Snacks and candy are a plaque on humanity

Get up off my but and do something athletic every day

Ride like I mean it

Going for some serious exercise today.. Riding the mtn. bike.. and doing a hike up in our hills.. So happy it aint raining today

No workout for me today....in fact I'm recovering until Monday. I ate healthy today though. Easter Sunday is going to tough....2 Easter dinners to go to.

Oh btw....what do we do, weigh in once a week?

new secret weapon...bought a dual sport to ride to work, and then hit the local fields afterwork and before the gym....

good plan... I would not mind riding to work again..

Went for another kick ass hill climb today.. and 3 sets of pushups.. my legs were a tiny bit sore from yesterday so I spent some extra time stretching them before the hike.. And I can tell my upper buddy is in need of some attention after the pushups:D .. I know I need to concentrate on my upper body in this faze my getting in shape program.. My last hard ride at hollister my shoulders, back , and arms were rather sore..

My goal in reality is to really be in shape like I used to be. I want to be back to being able to feeling near the top of my class in my local D36 cross county stuff.. If I can shead the 50 more pounds think how much hotter I could come into corners:ride:

It flat amazes me how bad I have let myself get. watching my boys and how they can smoke me when go on hikes and all that.. geesh:bonk:

Well I made it to Monday so I must be doing something right...

2 hour long trial rides

4 MX practice sessions

1 trials practice

And.....................I actually lost 2 pounds! 👍 to 227

At this rate I'm gonna need new bikes by the time I reach my goal🤣

GOOD MORNING!!!! Well 252.5 this morning! Yea.. all the hills really helped out

So anyways I was 304.5 1/1

257 last friday

252.5 this morning

Going to be taking my youngest son today with our bikes and go for a good bike ride, worked out my shoulders and arms last night and it feels good today.. I am happy I did not over do it since I am just slightly sore

273 for me today. Bit deceiving though. I was 278 last Monday, but seeing as this officially started on a Thursday, I'll take my 2 lbs and keep going.

Watching my intake like a hawk (<1000 calories daily) and at least 30 min of aerobic exercise daily.

Start: 275

Current: 273

Goal: 225

Ate right...did a 3 mile hike this AM and 6000m on the ERG.

After I eat dinner tonight going on one of my heart pounding hill hikes.. Went and rode the bike with my son today about 5 miles too..

ERG is short for the indoor rower. My guess is it is short for Ergonomic Rowing. It's a fantastic workout.
