mbr734 Posted April 3, 2010 Just installed a Yamaha hour meter on 06 yz 250f wrapped wire around spark plug lead like it said and it doesnt read any time. Wondering if have to hook to another wire. 👍 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Esten831 Posted April 3, 2010 How long did you run the bike? I installed one on my YZ 450 recently and started it up for a little while and didn't get anything either, I thought I did something wrong. I went for a ride the next day and rode for about a half hour and looked at it and it registered the time on there perfectly. Also you have to make sure you get a couple of wrap's around the coil if your bike has one.. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
