inline6er Posted April 3, 2010 Just did the FCR swap and used the jetting suggested in the forum how to. The carb looks like it is from a 400E according to my manual. It runs great with good power through the RPM range but won't idle more than 1 sec. Tryed adjusting the idle with no luck. The bike is a 03 DRZ 400S with 3x3, full yoshi exhaust. The jetting I used is: 160 main jet 200 main air jet EMN needle clip 3 45 pilot jet remove pilot air jet 2 turns fuel screw didn't do the o-ring mod as my acc pump is different. I wondered if I should replace the pilot air jet since the carb was made for a DRZ. Other wise I will just try the fuel screw. Any help would be great. Im tired of taking the carb out!!!
