JoeBlow Kokomo Posted April 4, 2010 👍 No I'm not some newbie rider and yes I know it sounds nutz. Would NEVER have thought of it, but I've got the bars off my 400 right now and the grips and levers are just hanging by the cables and almost in the position of sport bike clipons. From the rear it looks vaguely cool and interesting. Not as wacko as you would think! Just wondering if anyones seen anything like that or ridden one. Would be kind of a polar opposite of our wide bars for good leverage think for sure. But with a dropped front fender..........🤣

JoeBlow Kokomo Posted April 6, 2010 If I still had my SuperHawk I would, but sold it last fall. Not crazy enough to buy some, just curious. (that it might work pretty well in bizarro-world) 👍
aw113sgte Posted April 6, 2010 People do it on mini motards for road racing. It would be terrible for jumps/offroading but better for road racing.
